PATIENT NOTICE

The prescription telephone ordering line will close on 28th June 2013. This is to ensure patient safety and is in line with current thinking on good practice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. You can still order prescriptions:

2. BY DROPPING IN THE REPEAT REORDER FORM OR ANY QUERIES AT THE FRONT DESK
3. POSTING YOUR REPEAT REORDER FORM TO US

Please remember to allow 48 hours for your prescription to be collected as we cannot print emergency prescriptions at the front desk.

If you wish your prescription to be posted out to you, please provide us with a stamped addressed envelope at the time of reorder.

The Practice has been in existence for over 100 years and moved from our previous site, ‘Windward’ on Worsley Road, to our present purpose built surgery in 2000. We are proud to continue and build on the reputation of the work of past Partners of the Practice (indeed the new Centre is named after Dr Brian A Sides) and can now offer modern amenities alongside professional and traditional values of care.

Should you have any special needs please contact our staff and they will be happy to try and assist you. In particular there is a wheelchair available on site for patients with poor mobility.

The practice is currently open to new patients.
